Terms of sale.

This document is the public offer of «PRO BEAUTY TEAM» S.R.L. (hereinafter "Seller") and defines the conditions for the sale of goods through the Pro Beauty online store. Placing an order on the website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms (acceptance of the offer).

The store features professional Dermastir Luxury cosmetics. All prices are stated in Moldovan lei (MDL) inclusive of applicable taxes. The Seller may change prices; for an already placed order the price valid at the time of placing applies.

Product images and descriptions are for reference only; minor packaging differences between batches are possible.

Orders are placed through the shopping cart on the website. After placing the order, we may contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp to confirm the contents, delivery address and timeframe. The contract is deemed concluded from the moment the Seller confirms the order.

Online card payment is available by Visa and Mastercard through the secure payment gateway Victoriabank with mandatory 3-D Secure authentication, as well as cash on delivery or at pickup.

Card details are entered on the bank's secure page. The Seller does not receive or store your card data — it is processed by the acquiring bank under the PCI DSS security standard.

Delivery is made across the Republic of Moldova by courier and post, and salon pickup is also available. Timeframes and costs are indicated on the "Delivery & payment". Delivery is free for orders from 1 500 MDL.

In accordance with Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection, the buyer may return a product of proper quality within 14 days from the date of receipt, with the receipt presented and provided the product's appearance, consumer properties, packaging and seals are preserved. Cosmetic products are accepted for return only if unopened.

The Seller sells original products. The expiry date and storage conditions are indicated on the packaging. If product defects are found, the buyer has the right to make claims in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

The Seller is not liable for the consequences of improper use or storage of the product by the buyer, or for damage caused by force majeure circumstances.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies is described in the Cookie Policy.

The law of the Republic of Moldova applies to this offer. Disputes shall be resolved by negotiation, and if no agreement is reached — in the courts of the Republic of Moldova at the Seller's location.
